To update product prices using our app, you must first configure the products within the application. If a product has multiple variants, each variant needs to be individually configured.

Important: Only the prices of configured variants will be updated. The prices of unconfigured variants or products will remain unchanged.

Steps to Configure Products

1. Navigate to the Products page in the app and click on ‘Search Products’.
2. Select the product you wish to configure and click ‘Select’.
3. If the product has multiple variants, click on the Variant ID for the first variant in the Variants table.
4. Choose the Metal Type and Purity, then enter the Metal Weight.
5. Complete the remaining fields such as Labor Cost, Markup, Shipping Charges, Taxes, and others as needed.
6. Once finished, review your entries and click ‘Done’.
7. Repeat steps 3–6 for each variant of the product.
8. When all variants are configured, click ‘Save’ to save your product settings and calculate the updated prices.

Special Fields to Note

1. This field calculates the Compare At Price for Shopify based on the calculated product price. Make sure you have enabled ‘Calculate Compare At Price’ in Settings → General for this to function properly.
